Health restrictions were still tight at the beginning of the 2021 swim season. Meets were divided into two parts to keep older and younger swimmers in smaller groups, only one spectator was allowed per swimmer, and social distancing and masking was highly recommended.

Evya made County during the first meet of the season, but this was the first time she chose to race in her gold County cap. During the season, she qualified for County in back, fly, IM and free.
