At the Springbrook awards, Allyndreth and friend Kate were both given the Most Improved Swimmer awards. We found this rather amusing since Allyndreth indeed had started the season with No Times (due to her year on the DL in 2016) and ended the season with 3 County qualifications. So mathematically, yes, she had substantially improved.
In truth, it was actually her best season ever.
